These two animal portraits were for an Xmas gift. I made BatCat using acrylic pouring techniques, acrylic paint, pastels and Posca paint markers. The wings I made out of wire and tissue paper layers with modge podge. I also highlighted key parts - the eyes, moon, stars, parts of the clouds and wings, with glow in the dark paint also.
For Frosty I kept it more abstract aside from the portrait itself. I used acrylic paint, Posca paint markers, pastel pencils and texture medium to get a soft fur like texture.
